CCC adheres to the belief that there is always room for growth in our lives. We practice from an insight-oriented, collaborative, and individualized approach to meet the unique needs of each person we work with.

We strongly believe that the fit between therapist and patient are essential to a successful treatment. We work with our patients to co-create an empathic and accepting space where they can feel safe while also feeling challenged to work towards change. We strive to understand the challenges our patients are experiencing and aim to empower them to access and utilize their own unique strengths and voices in order to create change. Together, we work to explore past and present concerns, striving to gain more awareness of the influence of past experiences in order to create a more meaningful and fulfilling present.

Our diverse and experienced staff at CCC are committed to multicultural informed treatment. CCC staff's previous training and work experiences have provided us with opportunities to provide counseling services to international students, first-generation, non-traditional students and individuals of diverse racial, ethnic, religious, class, size, ability and sexual identity backgrounds. We currently work with patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and identities. We are committed to providing culturally sensitive services and believe that it is important to consider cultural and systemic factors that influence presenting symptoms, behaviors and relational patterns. We also believe in the importance of our own identity work as therapists and individuals as well as examining the ways in which power and privilege inform the spaces we work and live in. CCC continues to embrace and strive towards antiracism and putting into action our values as an inclusive and accessible resource for our clients and the communities we serve.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides the opportunity for couples to strengthen their communication patterns by helping each partner develop the tools to listen, understand and respond to their partner.
Couples therapy is useful as a preventative measure to increase connection between partners and to help partners learn how to manage and resolve conflict in their relationship. At CCC, we aim to help couples identify and improve their communication patterns that may have been impacted due to past/current conflict, emotional injury or distance that has grown in the relationship.
We also help couples identify and work through conflict and promote effective and practical ways of managing conflict in relationships. We provide therapy to couples of all relationship statuses and sexual orientations.
Group Therapy
Group therapy allows individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings and reactions in a safe and supportive group environment.
Are you interested in personal growth and looking to learn more about yourself and your relationships with others?
Do you find yourself in unfulfilling relationships?

Do you have difficulty getting your needs met in relationships?
Are you curious about how you are viewed by others?
Group therapy helps members increase self awareness and support, give and receive feedback, and challenges members to create more authentic relationship patterns both in and out of the group space.
Supervision and Consultation
Support for fellow clinicians via individual and group consultation as well as clinical supervision of unlicensed pre- and postdoctoral providers.
